After-school chess club teacher
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic chess teachers to join our Fall 2016 After-School team around Princeton areas, including Hopewell, Montgomery, West Windsor/Plainsboro, South Brunswick, Lawrenceville, and etc.
Coaches and assistants MUST:
- Be responsible
- Have a reliable way to get to the assigned school
- Be available to work 1-5 weekdays between 3pm and 5pm
- Be able to pass background checks
- Be a fun, dynamic person that enjoys chess and enjoys working with young children
Big PLUSES:
- Current or prior teaching experience
- Familiar with the Steps Method
- Be an USCF-rated chess player. If you enjoy chess but are not rated (or don't know what that means), we can help you get rated. If you are applying to be an assistant, you do not need to be rated.
